Sixteen years' experience, brought into your home

I've worked with a wide range of patients — from those recovering after surgery to individuals managing long-term joint pain or reduced mobility. My focus is simple: to provide high-quality, personalised physiotherapy for seniors and adults in the comfort of your own home.

For many older adults, travelling to a clinic adds stress and difficulty to an already challenging time. Home visits remove that barrier — and they let me see how you actually move through your day, in the rooms where it matters.

Restoring Movement, Confidence and Independence

I understand that pain, reduced mobility, recent injury or having a fall can significantly affect confidence, independence and your quality of life. My aim is not only to reduce pain, but to help you live more freely.

01

Restore Movement

Hands-on treatment combined with targeted exercise to improve range of motion, ease stiffness and help you move more comfortably day to day.

02

Improve Strength & Balance

Practical strength and balance work, progressed at your pace, designed to make everyday movement feel safer and more confident.

03

Support Safe Independence

Treatment built around your home — stairs, transfers, daily routines — so what you practise in sessions translates directly into real life.

Arranging Care for a Loved One?

I take time to explain findings clearly, answer questions and provide reassurance throughout treatment. If you're contacting me on behalf of a parent or family member, I'm happy to talk things through first.
