Yes — all my appointments are carried out in the comfort of your own home. This allows treatment to be more personalised and relevant to your everyday environment, without the need to travel.
Your first session includes a thorough assessment, where I discuss your symptoms and medical history, understand your goals and concerns, assess movement, strength and function, and begin treatment with advice or exercises. I take a calm, supportive approach and ensure you feel comfortable throughout.
Initial appointments typically last around 45–60 minutes. Follow-up sessions are around 30–45 minutes, depending on your needs.
This varies depending on your condition and goals. Some people need only a few sessions, while others benefit from ongoing support. I will always be clear and honest about what's appropriate for you.
Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing is ideal so we can assess movement easily.
No — you can book directly without a GP referral. However, I'm happy to work alongside your GP or consultant if needed.
Yes — exercise and self-management advice are an important part of your recovery. I provide simple, tailored exercises to help you progress between sessions.
Absolutely. I regularly help people improve balance, strength and confidence, particularly those who may be at risk of falls.
Yes — I can offer advanced services including injection therapy where clinically appropriate. Please ask for more details if this is something you're considering.
